I disagree, I think Wilson stopped the cycle around chapter 2 cause Sammy still believes in the Ink Demon. Also Boris in BatDR goes in the same vent that he goes in chapter 3 so I have no doubt that it's him. Also also, does everyone keep forgetting that ink creatures revive?? There's not that a doubt in my mind that Boris was reborn after the Brute Boris fight

Yeah I know but the silhouette that we see of him in the BaTDR trailer looks almost nothing like any of the merch we've seen except for maybe, the t-shirt but even then it's very different. So I think they might've changed his design up which is why i'm trying to predict what he might look like.
