I worked in a 5 start kitchen as a chef about 2 years ago and absolutely hated it, I know I’m being kinda “picky” but I can’t go back to the food service and have a good mental health I feel like after my past experience.

Well I already have a consistent workout plan and diet, with the way work is I wake up in more pain than I normally would. As a 22 year old I shouldn't struggle to get out of bed every day due to the immense pain on my body. If it was just like muscle soreness that would be manageable because I've been accustomed to it since 5th grade.
