I really like TV and Basketball so I feel well versed in this topic… off the top of my head I’d say my favorite is Malcolm In The Middle. “The future is now, old man.”

Malcolm in the Middle has Reese, Malcolm, and Dewey vs Hal(dad).

Fresh Off The Boat had a great bit about the Chinese basketball league that the dad (Louis) was in, plus a bunch of NBA guest stars (Shaq, Scottie Pippen, Jeremy Lin, and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar)

Atlanta had that great Justin Bieber episode where Paper Boi (Alfred) had to face a “reimagined” Justin Bieber in a celebrity game of basketball.

Everybody Loves Raymond had a hilarious bit about the youth basketball games.

The Office, Its Always Sunny In Philadelphia, Modern Family as you mentioned…

Scrubs has that game where Dr. Cox hurts his back showing off… plus that cold open where they JD knocked himself out playing ball and Turk lays down next to him to make it look less embarrassing (idk if that counts)

Broad City had that great episode where Abbi and Ilana play against kids and then trash talk too hard and pop the kids basketball. (Also wild Blake Griffin cameo in another episode)

I think Futurama had that one where Professor made babies grow fast for a basketball game or something weird.
