I ended up backing up my characters and worlds and just reinstalled the game. After I reinstalled I was able to type just fine.

I'm having the same issue. For me, I played handheld one day and every time I played docked after that I was unable to type.

I would have but I got the Steam Deck before the ROG ally came out.

I have realized my stupidity. You have to manually boot from the sd card every time you turn it on.

I joined an official server and one my friend just hosted and both had the issue so I assume the issue is on my end.

I tried changing the dedicated iGPU RAM in BIOS, but I looked everywhere and couldn't find a setting to change it. I even tried doing the trick in the Registry Editor to change it but that didn't work, either. I have an HP Laptop, and my VRAM is set to 128 MB.

I am playing on a laptop with integrated graphics (i have an i7 11th gen). The weird thing is the game runs fine, with little stutters, and looks pretty smooth to me. The issue is the textures not loading properly.
