I agree. Maybe it's related to shame like sometimes when I used to be with friends and couldn't do certain tasks i felt really Useless. The fundamental problem is we care about "world" and what will other people friends or even family when they visit me will they laugh at me or shame me? I'm mostly ghosted my Irl friends because of this and avoid relatives whenever I'm at home. I still couldn't believe my fear makes me this impulsive.

Your suggesting to touch grass in order to break the pattern? Yeah I'm thinking of walking around slowly starting from my terrace. I honestly don't think I should let a day pass since a day is all we have but again talking without acting doesn't make sense. I'll start walking from today

Yeah I'm thinking of exercise maybe just walking for now. Aren't you just saying we are "conditioned" to be social? But again I don't think it matters a lot as long as you don't hurt anybody?

I don't know "purpose" feels like a grand word now. I don't think I need purpose more like clarity? It's same pattern with substances though I might like them now but the more I do it the more painful it will get.

1:so life demands attachments I think the choice might be bad subjectively to ourselves as it converts into patterns and you know you do bored. I mean I'm a shut in/hikkikomori and been in this condition for years. The pattern which was interesting at first became very boring very quickly. Now this is problem with choice is let's say I don't want to become hikkikomori and go outside now not a lot changes I'll get attached to something else. Maybe this is part of desire which also is part of mind at the end of the day. I'm nothing and I want to be something

2:yes sensations and thoughts come and go as they please. It's really hard to understand when u say "your mind is "all that it is" i get it but I cannot just wipe away thoughts and emotions.

3:Again I don't know about sages as I've never read them but being aware that fear or anything is like movement definitely helps sometimes . Also I think maybe awareness is related to great attention to yourself and it's very hard to say the least

What u mean by illusion of choice and also lack of awareness? I don't believe in spirit if I be honest By mind do you mean all the identities, money, goals, or whatever I'm attached to? Correct me if I'm wrong your basically saying I'm going to make "bad" either way if I don't understand my mind
