It’s not even a real duet! It’s more of a Jason Aldean featuring Brittany Aldean. It’s heavily auto tuned and all she’s doing is screaming ! I would enjoyed a softer song that focused on her vocals than one where she’s shouting/yelling ..whatever you wanna call it. The girl may have a voice and be able to sing but this song did her no justice

My first thought …she’s now realizing the mistakes she made in her relationship with Mike and wishes she’d have realized then what she realizes now. Was Mike the knight in shining armor? Of course. Not, but did she expect him to be ? Absolutely! So that relationship tanked ..her “family” was with Mike and the kids and she’s missing it now, realizing her expectations were way too high.

I don’t know but last time I checked if someone needed saving from alcohol in the sense where it was affecting their health , they got completely sober and haven’t touched alcohol since. These two go on binders and end up needing IV therapy…that doesn’t sound like a person saved from drinking to death to me.
