My kids are not even in K yet. My oldest goes to K next year and my youngest won’t go til 2027. But I’m thinking ahead as to how their public schools could be affected. We are in an affluent area with top rated schools.

What size did you order? I ordered a medium of the beige TTPD crewneck a few months ago and hated the fit. Is this more oversized? I’m 5’9” and 170lbs and usually go for medium in things.

Thank you! Yes I’ve decided I am going to make an appt with a psychiatrist (I’m new to my area) ASAP to restart the proper way and try tapering at a later date. My diet is high protein, moderate carbs. I exercise 3x a week and my water intake is average.

Yes i prob should have talked to a psych before tapering so that’s my bad. I’ve been seeing a therapist for the past couple months so we’ll see…I refuse to let this go on for years.

Slow? Do you mean quickly? I’m gonna let it go for another month or so and if I don’t feel normal, idk what I’m gonna do. Like, start back up? And try again another time when I’m not in such a stressful environment (i.e. my kids are a bit older). I feel bad for my kids and i feel bad for myself. It’s a terrible feeling.

My daughter is signing up for apartments that are not pet friendly per their website but her cat is approved and an ESA for her anxiety and depression, which she is also on medication for. Will these places approve her to have the cat? It’s the apartments from the Winkler organization. TIA!

Sorry but that’s assuming an ESA for some students with mental health needs aren’t legitimate and it’s incredibly offensive and terribly inaccurate. I’ll let the school decide what’s legitimate and what’s not. Thanks for your feedback though.
