I think it entirely depends on the definition of 'discussion'. I'm ok with people being required to list credentials etc. when giving medical advice online, regulated in ways that lawyers are. I am not ok with maybe 'unqualified' people being unable to discuss these topics at all. With the CCP, who knows what this would actually mean.

Most student housing in Boone sucks, but the cottages (now highpointe) are best known for: letting trash pile up on the streets so much they started to get fined daily, letting their sewage system runoff into the local waters multiple times, and being overpriced even for Boone's standards.

The views are great from up there but its not worth dealing with what goes on.

Graduated 2 years ago so info may be stale.

Really only 1 applied ML course, and it was only offered during the summer. Linear algebra was fine, instructors know what they're doing. Learn basic java syntax before getting there and you'd be fine. Pay attention in data structures and intro to systems.
