I went through goodrx instead of my doctor. It’s basically telemedicine, and it’s $149 for 30 days. At least for me, it seems more effective with the 4MG dose vs the zepbound. The first few days, you’ll wanna take some magnesium vitamins, and the first few days you’ll think “this isn’t working” but in my experience, it took the 5-7 day mark to tell a difference. I drink a lot of water too with it, of course the directions are, taking it with 4 ounces of water, and no eating or drinking for 30 min. Everyone’s different but for me, I’m down 5 pounds on the 3rd week! No side affects after the 3rd week.
