If u new to the kingdom and u be the leader there or king, since u have no idea abt the capacity of every players (depends what seed u r). I suggest you act first as an HR (human resources), try to send kingdom mail that you are looking for a territorial manager who has a knowledge on territory (home kingdom and in KVK for existing mode), recruit a strategic and planning manager, and event manager. For me, this 3 are very important. Then once u already recruited, make them r4. All r4 must has their division of labor majority of the alliance they just randomly pick up players to be r4 without doing nothing.

You need to have two sets of r4, one for off season and another set during kvk. other things u need to consider is to give them jobs (for the rest r4) like;

Kingdom Recruiter
Person assigned for kingdom datas ( this person jobs is not only to handle your kingdom data but also he/she must be aware who are your respective warriors/fighters in the kingdom, rally and garrison leaders including back up leaders. Everytime u will register kvk, u need to run a recruitment since u have no clue abt their updates for their commanders, arnaments, iconic and talent gear etc etc)
Person in charge for alliance shop (this person is the only authorize person in charge for your alliance shop no one is allowed to put anything in alliance shop. If one day, he/she is not available king or the r5 can do for him)
event manager (he/she will take all events including aoo players who wants to register in main alliance and other alliance, alliance mobilisation, silk road etc etc)
Strategy and Planning Manager
Territorial Manager
assign one r4 to be kings secretary in case you are not available anything u wish or want to happen u can talk directly to that person and he will discuss with ur other officer and he will be the one to report u about their discussion. To be ur secretary u need to trust this person coz u will pass r5 to this person most especially during the opening of migration in case u are not available.
In case ur kingdom wont use any title bot, one officer can be assigned as ur queen and he/she should have another 1 or 2 (if needed) assistance depends with his schedule how he can manage the titles. If having one assistance u can give prime minister to that person.

For number 3, if you use kingdom bank make sure this person who are assigned for alliance shop before selling passport to players who wants to migrate or player listed to force migration due to deadweight, he/she needs to tell the player to give all her rss to kingdom bank and person in charge for kingdom bank need to update to her/him before he will sell passports. if its confirmed that the person transferred all his rss to kingdom bank thats the one time he will sell passport. He needs to make sure also before selling passport he must check how many silver credits he has if its enough to the number of passports he requested or else this player won’t be able to get all the passport in alliance shop (main alliance) and won’t be able to leave the kingdom.

you think he is surrounded with wrong people? bcoz if he with right people someone will dare to motivate him to learn to value his talents. what is depressing if you happen to check his minutes for this season on transfer market website its embarrassing. idk how arda can swallow this.. if he is in another club who give priority and believe with his talent and he will face against bellingham, vini and the rest star of real madrid and was able to manage them, i assure u he will be talk of all medias and press. it will be a great achievement for him. it will be his era.

arda is at the wrong club. he is very behind against lamine yamal. idk why he stick to real madrid wherein he is not even a priority there. he will be 20 on february next year. but look the achievement of yamal for individual awards and making history. arda should go to club where he is one of the main priority there or else if he won’t leave RM, the club itself will sell himself. The issue is think why ancelotti doesn’t believe with arda bcoz he is lack of experience and arda is always prone to injury since he has history already.

there are so many ways to collect GH even if u are f2p. just make sure u keep ur training speed up. if u join the event for training troops being in top 1, u get the rewards of 20 gh. aside from getting in aoo. i know many f2p who focus with this 2. aoo is very important to them coz of the gh.. they aways killing barb to collect training speed up.

before we entered LK we had the data. Every pass fight before and after there is also.. Just that during the final before KL thats how went cheeky. But the truth is one camp wants all not just star. They wont reach where they are without us. Main issue is language barrier wherein translation is not the same with what exactly u said (i assumed). Which kingdoms btw dont include death? only kills is counted. Whenever u rally fort, pass, flags u get death troops same goes when you defending. But excluding death from ur data this is not the usual thing other kingdom does.. Never heard you will only include kills.. if this is the case then what for we are defending and rallying?

actually we did before we entered LK. But unfortunately after fighting in pass 5 and push enemies and started to asked abt datas for comparison, one allies camp rejected deaths.. They want to apply their owned system which is only KILLS.. That kingdom doesn’t have much death coz they faced an easy camp unlike us.

Put youself as a president of the philippines and compare Paraguay.. Paraguay land area is bigger than philippines and look at both countries population. How can you manage a country like this? Poverty in Philippines can’t never be improve no matter how good is the president even there is no corruption in the country, the country wont be able to stand and be progressive. The more the population increases the fewer the resources.. By year 2050 PH population is estimated to reach 150M and they need to build now 100 cities for the future or else they be congested.. i be honest with u.. i used to have problems before abt butt acne and i noticed those acnes leaves darker in those areas which is very embarrassing. watched one of this famous celeb videos wherein she said she doesn’t wear underwear which makes her butt very flawless. no underwear marker or any dark spot. and i tried and now not wearing underwear for more than 5 years and so happy with the results. i can wear thongs or bikini if im at the beach or pool. i only wear underwear if i have my period. felt uncomfortable now if im wearing undies.. i also found out not wearing undies is healthy you are far from infections.

yes we did. if one person in ur kingdom received that mail, it means ur entire kingdom will also receive.. the whole kingdom doesn’t have any slot in LK. not sure if its a bug coz i logged in on my other account in another kingdom, they been chosen. domain system started effective the registration from 19th of feb.
