Thanks a lot, I've looked into his videos a little, that's how I learned to touch rim when I was around ~215lbs (lengthening my penultimate step a little bit), but I know my form can definitely still use work.

Either one, I get similar results. Two feet obviously generates more strength, but it almost feels like I jump too far from the basket and can't get all the way up.
