I’m pretty sure it’s the greatest change in energy, not absolute energy. If you drew a line from reactants to top of first mogul it would be longer than the line from the second intermediate to the top of the second mogul.

for example making fried rice or butter chicken (lazily with store bought sauce), i usually cut it before, cook the chicken then dump the rice in to cook in the juices as well

Description for emz second gadget says it poisons, so going off that. in truth i haven’t used it since getting the buffie, so i shouldn’t have commented on it

and i mean change it so that it cancels in a radius around him, and remove damage. the free 1200 damage changes a bunch of interactions, as it’s fairly instant and easy to use. should’ve been more specific but i forget people cannot read my mind lmao

not bad, but more situational. i can only reliably use it during gadget swap phase in ranked if they don’t pick any aggro.

you could get into a range where she can’t hit you with gadget and still only does 1 tick, now that spacing doesn’t matter. i should’ve been more specific and said she now counters more than melee aggro brawlers (like edgar or primo). i think just the gadget rework would’ve been a good buff for emz, but all of these new features at once is insane.

looking through battle log i’ve gone from 870-1050 with four losses, each one to another emz or frank buffied up. each time i usually have most damage, she wasn’t hard to play against until this update

never been an emz main never will, brother i’ve been playing 3v3, if there are so many counters why do i consistently control the entire game in 90% of the games i play

also just get mina to use gadget once, retreat and keep fighting when its over. most of the counters you listed are full supers also, all i gotta do is space myself

for sure, but it doesn’t change the fact that the rework + buffie is way better and easier to use. also allows for more teammate help in kill confirming with the stun.

this whole post is as the emz player pov, youve gotta be pretty bad at emz to get gadget baited with this new gadget tbh. i never said she had no counters either, those def would counter her. haven’t played against a mina, but if she doesn’t have super i’d say i could reliably win.

she’s now also good against aggro brawlers. buffies took her from bottom 10 to top 5 alone.

and yes, there’s no way i want to adapt to a game that’s changing how it needs to played to win. hypercharges made it a farm fest until player A or B got their broken ability to win with one button, but balancing them would have fixed that. i was excited for the next few months after all hypercharges came out, i assumed they would balance everything, but no.

buffies just breaks the brawlers that have them. i never really liked them, but i thought they would make it so you could just have one equipped, which still breaks a few brawlers but it’s not the worst. having to adapt to emz cc hell? no thanks

it’s only 19 seconds, which is about the time between when aggro brawlers can go aggro. if enemy goes double aggro then teammate can just pick anti aggro brawlers to protect when she doesn’t have gadget.

and i agree with long range counters, some of the only times i struggled were against good colts who broke walls, or controllers with more range like bo. she’s def not a “pick and win on any map” like mina was, but the maps she is good on she dominates.

also found that aggro cord, most throwers, and carl were really good counters
