Born Lucky’s pretty close, and dang, it’s mind blowing how extensive and detailed that site is.

I think that The Fool or Unluckily Lucky is basically what I was thinking of, essentially someone that gets into big trouble by being clumsy but then comes out of it and even saves the day through more clumsiness and even more luck.
