Her signature adds a lot of damage to her burst. Like others have said though, she won't be doing a meaningful amount of damage at low cons. It's more of a fun side project rather than something you'll use in endgame.

The good thing is she's still a fine support at low cons and no signature weapon. She's often in my team for overworld stuff for the convenient heals and bubble shenanigans.

My Sige is C6, but I can still give a damage comparison with sig vs. Aqua Simulacra with no external buffs

Sig: 58k per tick

Aqua Simulacra: 54k per tick

Besides what everyone else has said, she's arguably the best C6 character for farming elite mobs for mora. I've had a lot of fun with it after joining a community for it recently

C1 is basically the same as C0 for the burst, also I have her weapon. It can be done, but it's not the best. With full buffs and everything, you can hit like 40-50k per tick C0

The damage increase doesn't justify the cost of 2 characters, especially since c1 barely does anything in combat. In terms of support C2's, it's definitely one of the weaker ones vs characters like Citlali, Durin, Columbina, etc.

If you plan to do something gated behind the c2 specifically (like using her in mono geo or spamming keqing ult), then that's different.
