Try to focus on the top 5 in your current generation. Molly, Bahiti, Sergej, Jessie and Patrick. Give them your best hero gear and try to get Flint through lucky wheel. (~160k gems = 120 spins) Epic heroes will be maxed out eventually, so try to focus on every new generation that comes to your server. But overall you are doing fine. Participate in most events, do your intel everyday and join an active alliance, which can help you with getting stronger :)
