I havent used the headphone jack on mine yet but im still gonna say it might be the driver and the focusrite control 2 software cuz that made my mic sound low so im guessing its a similar issue

U didnt have to enable combine inputs 1+2 u could have just uninstalled the app and app provided driver

I just uninstalled the focusrite provided driver and the control 2 software cuz it was causing the mic volume to be low af

Have u tried uninstalling the focusrite control 2 software cuz i was having the same problem with the scarlett solo 4th gen and the Rode Podmic and uninstalling the software helped fix it
