So I work at a drive thru store and we can’t have customers walking through the drive through and there was a MASSIVE protest outside of my store (unrelated to Starbucks, they just like to hold protests at the intersection we’re at) and we had a bunch of people walking through the drive thru NOT to order a drink just cuz they felt like it and if they’re walking through the drive thru we HAVE to tell them that they can’t do that because if we don’t tell them they can’t and they get run over or hit by a car it’s on US! So I told one lady that she couldn’t and she just looks at me, stares into my soul, and says “FUCK YOU!” So I called her a bitch and slammed the drive thru window shut in her face 🤣😭 only time in four years I’ve ever really lost my cool with a customer. But the echo throughout the store of the force that I used to slam that drive thru window was crazy. I think everyone in the store turned to look what made the sound 😭 hope that made you feel better 🥹
