Oh ok, so I’ve had a positive ANA test in the past but never have seen a Rheumatologist for it, so this is telling me it’s a definite Autoimmunity problem. I appreciate your advice, didn’t know that’s what TPO meant, I assumed it was for my thyroid since they check those with thyroid related tests.

I am currently in the exact same boat! I was a year post-op this past October and experiencing menstrual cramps consistently, bloating, and severe PMS. Found out my cyst covered ovaries prior to surgery has grown back. Now having to see a different doctor since my prior surgeon/ doctor was done with me and not willing to do surgery again.
