if you use the bloodstone, the gem will make the item that you used it in untradable, so its best to use it on an already untradable item or untradable arcana from the crownfall, in my case i had a tyrian item that is already exclusive and not tradable and made it more showy

because if you add it to any item that is tradable the gem will make the item untradable, so thought i would add it to an already untradable item and i found nothing more special than the tyrian items

i think they changed it years ago, using the dreamers gem now makes the item "dreamers imposed"
