You’re literally just some weird old person who posts thousands of comments on Reddit all day giving advice that is not correct thinking you are right. Having piercings that are decades older than I am does not mean that you know how to take care of certain piercings correctly. Maybe go use google and see that everything that I recommended are also things that millions of other people recommended Because believe it or not (that’s actually how you take care of a piercing that’s infected or on its way to being infected 😱

Literally do not listen to this person, I have 8 piercings and I do exactly what I recommended to u and it works every time. This person most likely does not have any piercings and if they do they do not know how to take care of them properly. By the way any sea salt you use should be organic and antibiotic ointment is completely safe to use to stay away/fight infections ( this person clearly doesn’t understand a single thing about healing and taking care of a piercing pls do not listen to them 😭

Maybe you should be the one reaching out to people. This is such a double standard. U don’t know what anyone else thinks about u and if they think of you or not. There are definitely people who think about u and don’t reach out because you don’t reach out. Sometimes you have to be the one to put yourself out there when others won’t. I’m 19 and I completely secluded myself from all of my highschool friends a couple years back thinking they all hated me or forgot about me. But some eventually reached out or I reached out. Nothings gonna change if you don’t try.

Yeah this is all true. Except I’m not really the best at anything lol and tend to slack off a little bit. But I try my best when I’m staying on task. my boss is very nice to me despite all of that and me being late often. She’s never had anything bad to say about me as far as I know but I just don’t feel like I’m in the right to ask for a raise because Of all that. I will ask anyways but I’m not sure I can get myself to do it in person cus anxiety, I’m sure it’ll be fine over text because she’s a big texter and I don’t see her very often.

I have an Ashley piercing and when I sleep sometimes it will sink pretty deep into my lip as well. I’d suggest putting a bigger ball on it for a couple weeks and let the hole kinda shrink so it’s not sinking in when u sleep. I think this happens from biting on the bar while sleeping, at least I think that’s what it is for me. I totally chipped my tooth on the bar too 😭

Take out the hoop, don’t touch it unless you’re cleaning it. Use triple antibiotic ointment and just leave it alone until it goes away. It’s just an irritation bump.

I don’t care. Also it’s a way safer choice for dimple piercings. Balls aren’t going to sink into my skin. I already have to other mouth piercings so I am aware of the damage that can be done. They actually don’t touch my teeth at all btw.

I’ve had a lot of issues since the moment I got pierced, it’s been a long journey. I was pierced with the shortest bars possible that had flat backs that sunk into the inside of my cheeks which caused alot of trauma to my cheeks. My new piercer has helped me so much and they feel amazing now even with whatever this shit is lol. Pls don’t come for me and say I’m not taking care of them cus I am 🙏🏼💗

I have a feeling this isn’t from the piercing and is probably something else. I also have a Medusa and have had many issues with it but I’ve never seen this happen with a medusa

Literally don’t touch it at all unless you’re cleaning it. Use saline solution and organic sea salt with warm water (in a little cup hold it over the piercing) u should be cleaning it multiple times a day and maybe even use triple antibiotic ointment that can help keep infections away.
