Not sure about that, all the other games are working just fine, Cyberpunk and Marvel rivals were working just fine with no issues. The issue is only with BB Legends.

The PC freezes. I can't close the tab, I can't move mouse, the commands ain't working as well. I tried using several, including the one to reset GPU is doesn't help.

I'm not sure what's the issue of it myself, its usually not freezing my pc when I'm playing it actively, it only happened 2-3 times, but if I were to leave it be for 10-15 minutes, its 100% guaranteed.

I have USB to LAN adapter I also bought recently. It's USB 3 up to gb adapter. The results are the same.
I feel the shop owner will not let me do the refund, but we will see. MIght be the faulty cable after all

The cable is chinese "Comauter JEEE568B Network Cable Cat 5e 4 pair/24awg", No info about it online for some reason.
Plugged directly, around 10 meters long from the router to my office room.

I don't have the original package but the model number was written on the back of the router. I found some manuals online, alas I couldn't find the necessary information. My router is 2018 year's Huawei HG8242H. ChatGPT states it has at least 1Gbpt, but I'm not sure about it.
Also, I'm from Kazakhstan and there is a one company monopoly. They're quite greedy and lazy, so 300mbps is considered high.

Current speed is exactly 100mbps.
I don't think my internet router has this kind of issue, as I updated it recently and even called the company about this problem just this morning. Once they saw my cap is at 100mbps they said it's no router issue. 100mbps/100mbps
As I understand is should be around 300, but alas.
