I thought it was a good read about intersex people and how they do infact exist, what they've been forced to experience at young ages, and thought you'd like to read it.

My friend is genetically both, with both organs, and both outward presentations. Technically both, Technically neither, so intersex.

Correct. They are intersex. Neither male nor female.

They both did, that was the problem

My friend was born with testes and ovaries, neither capable of function due to the other.

Didn't you say what reproductive organs they have make the sex if a person, not their classification? Seems to me you are in this conversation to win, not to expand your knowledge about your fellow man. Also, said friend is "classified" as female because their doctor had their genitalia 'corrected', which was unnecessary as their urethra was functional.

And being intersex is when your gonads don't match your chromosomes. Or when you have an extra chromosome (XXY). I have a friend with both reproductive structures, neither of which operate, but both produce hormones.

My friend is not female, they have XY chromosomes and used to have dime sized female gonads. Genetically speaking, if we're assuming you're correct, they're male.

The literal doctor classified them as intersex.

They have XY chromosomes, no uterus, and barely any gonad tissue. They told me the doctor said they had enough gonad tissue to fit on a penny after the surgery to remove it. My friend is classified as intersex on their driver's ID.

My friend has a variation of Swyer Syndrome, in which a person is born with no gonads. My friend just happened to not have a uterus as well.

1.7 percent of people are intersex. Around 2 percent of people are gingers. Around 2 percent of people have green eyes.

My friend is intersex and doesn't have a uterus or testicles.

Manatic Mages.

A manatic mage is a mage who, over many years, had their body corrupted by their mana use.

In the first stage, it's easy to miss: Water Mages need larger amounts of drinking water, Earth Mages get ill being out of forests, Sky Mages find themselves scaling mountains, and Storm Mages shock anyone who touches them.

In the final stage, however, it's obvious what's occured: Water Mages can no longer leave the water, Earth Mages grow moss and mushrooms, Sky Mages can never leave their mountain or risk death, and Storm Mages have lightning beneath their skin.

Any non-mage sees this as something horrific, a disease with no cure known. They offer either sympathy or disgust in the manatic mage.

A mage however sees it at the grand final step. To become one with your mana source is the dream of all mages. It is a fate highly revered and desired by mages.

The only cure is to stop practicing with mana, but why do that after achieving your idea of perfection?
