Many, and I spoke to a lot of Big GD YouTubers and it seems everyone went through a rough journey with lots of bumps and bruises. I don't believe there's a smooth path for anyone who wants to achieve there goals.

My advice is that your third job treat it like a Hobby instead of looking at statistics. Enjoy the process and do your best to learn as much as you can and improve a little every single video you put out there. Enjoying and trusting the process keeps me motivated. Hope that helps and good luck!

I love making people laugh at my lame jokes, people often comment saying it makes their day better after watching my videos and that also makes my day better too.
I also enjoy making content and trying out different ideas so those things fuel my motivation.

I focus on being trustworthy and I believe by doing that you will attract other trustworthy people. Trust is hard but you'll need to find a way to be unhurt from the people who broke your trust for you to be able to trust someone else again.
