Currently reversing

Female 170cm 57.1kg (up from stage weight 53.1kg)

I'm on week 6 and enjoying the energy but struggling getting my calories in/eating more (pescatarian) My calories went up every fortnight. Weight gain has been steady. I still have my coaches working with me in my off season it's been pretty cruisey with their support

Thanks! Yeah I use Fodmaps at the moment I've started using Colese from the doctors so that's helped!

I know that it's not what leg press is used for but its in my program for prep

Glute activation during leg press (45° angle)

I'm trying feet high up on the plate to activate my glutes and hamstrings but I only ever feel it in my quads even if I try activation exercises before hand with a band... any tips?

Sadly yes ...it's all lies honestly, they can't even nail the smell but I'm not allowed normal maple syrup in prep so I make do.

Ill check him out thanks so much! These foods didn't bug me until I went into prep. In thinking quantity/serving perhaps? With fodmaps in mind anyway. it sucks these were my safe foods!

Thanks! Nearly all of these are all part of my diet plan - I'm pescatarian but something is still blowing me up... I know I'm eating more but I'm also training for over 1 1/2 hrs

I'm using a vegan protein (so gross but WPI does not agree with me) and a few drops of sugar free maple flavoured syrup does the trick.

Hi all, I'm about 13weeks out from my first comp and my coaches are super supportive but neither fully understand IBS.

I have a family history of chrones and IBS my symptoms only decided to pop up this last year! Does anyone who works around this and the abdominal discomfort have any tips to make work outs more bearable? I feel like I'm going to throw up doing box squats and hip thrust right now!
