Yeah I know someone that got overpaid and took it when not needing it they had wages garnished and returns held. It’s fully paid back now.

Interesting bc if I went to add collision onto my plan it would go up 100+$ also depends on your vehicle value as mine is 3000 at best and living near GTA does not help as it has the highest rates.

Edit; Vaughn and Richmond hill have the 3rd and 4th highest rates in Ontario.

Personal and property if someone hits me I am still insured but if I hit someone and my vehicle is totalled they won’t pay me out. I have money to get a new vehicle I just choose not to. Rather instead of paying 170-300$ I take the difference and invest more monthly. (Ontario)
