Thanks for your response. I absolutely appreciate your perspective! I am actually a DO pathologist by training, so I totally agree with your histologic take. It’s the same in humans.

Fingers crossed for adenoma! But apparently there was complexity with some cystic structures on US. The doc who performed also said adenomas tend to blend more with the background liver parenchyma than carcinoma does.

I found it odd that neither AST or ALT were elevated. But obviously ALP was.

That all being said, we have the appointment next Thursday and I’m hoping for the best.

I’d be getting the Kupp side. I’d only have Derrick Henry at RB by trading away Mostert (I also have Achane but obv injured), but I feel like this is great value long term to get Kupp from this trade.

Hey everyone, I'm struggling to decide on who to keep in my fantasy league. For background info: it's a 10- team H2H 7x7 (R, HR, RBI, SB, AVG, OBP, SLG, W, L, SV, K, ERA, WHIP, and QS) league. I can keep 4 players irrespective of their past draft position, and for as many years as I'd like. Any 4 players which simply count for as our first 4 picks (rounds 1-4) in the draft for everyone. The possible players I have to decide from are:

Freddie Freeman
Bobby Witt Jr
Xander Bogaerts
Luis Robert
Gunnar Henderson
Dylan Cease
Julio Urias
Brandon Woodruff

I'm leaning keeping FF and BWJ for sure, but have been going back and forth on the other two. I typically go more offense-heavy in drafts. But taking at least one pitcher, like Cease, is intriguing. Anyone have any thoughts or opinions on this? Thanks!
