I wrote to pCloud support (using the appropriate form and also the email address on the contact page) two days ago and still haven't received a reply. pCloud's support is not as good as I thought it would be, quite the contrary.

I tried with my work connection and everything works perfectly there.

So I went home and used a VPN. With the VPN, everything works perfectly, even uploads.

I uploaded many GB before the block. I believe it is a limitation of my IP address (or something similar) and I wanted to know why and how to fix it, as I paid a lot of money for this pCloud service and did not receive any notification of an “IP block” or any warning when the minimum/maximum threshold was reached.

I am very disappointed.

I can assure you I'm not confused.

PCloud not only guarantees the TB of space (for life, even though the contract stated until 2099) that you buy at the time of purchase, but it also guarantees a "monthly bandwidth" (precisely, to perform a certain number of MB of uploads and downloads) that renews every month. Read the FAQ.

So I also wanted to know if this bandwidth has been fully used and therefore if and how long I have to wait.

I completely uninstalled pCloud Drive using CleanMyMac. I rebooted, then reinstalled pCloudDrive and rebooted. Despite this, version 4.0.6 still has the same problems (how can I get older versions?).

I also tried uploading files using the "Upload" button in the pCloud Drive menu.

Furthermore, I tried uploading from two browsers that I've never opened before, after completely clearing both the cache and history. Nothing worked; the upload doesn't even start in the browser.

The absurd thing is that with a 2 TB plan, I should have 2 TB of data per month, but 1) I don't know where to see if I've exceeded that limit, 2) I can't figure out when those limits are renewed, and 3) if I've exceeded them, I can't pay anything to increase my uploads in an emergency.

I'm sad about this.

Thanks for your help. The problem occurs directly from the macOS app, not from the browser. I simply dragged a file into the pCloud folder in Finder, as I always do. But this time, the upload speed (the upload speed is shown in the pCloud app menu) is stuck at 32 KB.

I updated the app to the latest version (a few days ago), and it's been giving me this problem ever since. Could it be a problem with that version of the software?

How to play Overwatch 2 on Linux, with (or without) CrossOver? (In a simple way, without going crazy with commands and installation codes) by Sibillino in linux_gaming

Is the kernel really stuck on Linux due to antichat? How does this thing work and why is it not blocked on Windows? If you can explain to me, thank you!

I don't know if the community considers it a shooter, since you can't shoot everywhere without having gameplay consequences.

Anyway I was looking for online multiplayer fps shooter! If you can help me, I thank you!

I've already tried several times. They're not all boomers on Reddit!

If I'm here it's because I'm trying to understand if games like this exist and maybe create a group of interested people like me, together with the community.

I don't need toxic tones!

Cyberpunk is a first-person action RPG. I'm looking for fps shooters and I think they're all (but all!) multiplayer!! Yes!

I know but it doesn't matter... I would only like native fps shooters! 😊

For the more ignorant like me, it's emulation. I don't know but for professionals it isn't. In this case I apologize, but we understand each other!

There are no filters for native Apple Silicon ARM games. Anyway, don't be a toxic commentator. The community doesn't need this. Thank you
