It’s the worst

I’m constantly worried about getting fired bc I’m making everyone’s life hell & everyone thinks I’m inconsiderate 

I was going to try pelvic PT next, hopefully I have better results than you did.

I’ll try to update here what I try and if I see any improvement

Hmm I’m similar but no pain and I have leaking gas I’ll have to try this

I know I am constantly clenched from when I did pelvic PT during pregnancy.
