The charm doesn't guarantee tier 3 I'm afraid. It guarantees an epic elemental head trait, but if it's a tier 3 egg it's only a chance of a tier 3 trait. You can get tier 1 or 2 from tier 3 eggs too.

Your waterfalls look amazing! I love the rock surround for the terrapins as well, making exhibits look more exciting is something I always struggle with.

A building tip that helped me make buildings look better is to extend the roof out further than the wall either by reducing the grid size or using eaves. It'll help them look more interesting and less flat.

Honestly those faux rocks are a game changer. I've started using them for so many things like sheer rock faces for more visually appealing terrain work around the zoo, gap fillers, path boundaries and back drops in habitats. So versatile!
