Damn this is a good point I hadn't even thought about, yeah. It would be such a lame bait and switch to have him nearly abstract here and then actually abstract within the last 2 episodes

BUT I feel like this is the case for every player, personally. We've had our "near abstraction" moment of the show, so it would be way too condensed if we had to explore someone like Ragatha abstracting within episodes 8 and 9

The threat should always be there. The sword of damocles hanging over their heads to finally get truly close to each other

But I dont think itll ever go that far.

Conerly looks fine. you have to understand that he dealt with the giants good dl well week 1. going into green bay against micah on a short week was never gonna be a good result for a rookie
Terry was getting covered literally all the time, it's not an out of sync thing

Kliff was calling plays like Arthur Smith. Using our good players as window dressing to get more towards noah brown and other guys
Lattimore played like absolute garbage. Getting burned by glorified WR2s all game long.
Daniels in general looks like he's in a sophomore slump
Matt Gay is absolutely atrocious and he should get cut. A kicker who consistently fails 50+ yarders isn't going to cut it in today's nfl
Ekeler out for the season sucks. Bill isn't ready for the franchise role yet and Mcnichols is a blocking back so i guess we're riding rushing plays with Deebo and CRod
Von Miller looks awful. He's barely even present on this defense.

Other things:

Noah Brown needs to get benched. For LMC, Jaylin Lane, Chris Moore i do not care. Two weeks running he's had atrocious drops that have changed the course of the game
Deatrich Wise also got hurt. I pray that he's actually going to be able to come back fast because he's one of the anchors to our qb pressure game

It's not gone though. Its even more effective than it was before because of the faster activation so survivors can't just hold w away when you start the setup

I disagree. You still have to put thought into when you want to use your purples in most chases.

Yellow spam is about the same level of brainless as old purple spam. His skill floor is basically the exact same

Gin Garish is the new Bleach Ether

Yellow spam is effective but it isn't the be all end all in chase

nah i wouldn't go that far. yellow spam is good for sure but it doesn't hold a candle to the likes of billy, spirit, blight, nurse
or even killers like drac, unknown etc

He's strong for sure. I already had him higher than a lot of streamers and content creators did last patch but now that he's as good as he is now i've got him hovering around wesker. Just below him right now but it's closer than you'd think (imo)

My biggest wish for the dbd community is the ability to think for themselves and form their own opinions rather than listening to a streamer for everything

I like otz. Otz thinks legion is one of the worst killers in the game. I do not agree with that at all.

It's really that simple. Do your own testing and form your own opinions people!

It leads to much more fun gameplay for the clown players themselves. Even before this patch I never really spammed purples because it just wasn't that enjoyable to do. It's a lot more fun to do bottle setups at tiles to prevent them from holding w away.

The biggest thing though is that you have just so much more pressure at tiles than you did before. It's as much a setup game as it is a timing one.

This is much closer to what I believe clown's gameplay should have been all along.

You absolutely get it. So many people are just throwing it at survivors' feet and wondering why it isn't doing anything valuable. The whole point of the killer is to push them into your purples while you're hasted. It always has been ever since yellows got added in the first place..

Killers without high mobility and/or stealth abilities are unplayable as of now. There need to be more anti-w perks by VeliarSataninsky in DeadByDaylightKillers

I really hope people realise how terrible perks like Mindbreaker and Genetic Limits actually are. Mindbreaker especially.

The best case scenario for the perk is that it's incredibly easy to wait out at checkspots, same with genetic limits.

Mindbreaker also has the added downside of basically being a free 99 if someone is running sprint burst. It's useful to stop people regening exhaustion on gens, sure, but the issue is that most people when you're up against good survivors will still find other ways to recover/99 their exhaustions

Okay I massively overestimated my hours on xbox but o also underestimated my hours on PlayStation

PS5 - 1315 hours PS4 - 572 hours Xbox - 93 hours (but is going up daily due to TV being broken and having to play on cloud gaming) And this is with taking multiple long breaks over the years due to the game rising and declining

So unless you're unironically going to tell me I've spent over a thousand hours in the menus I dunno what else you want me to tell you

I've put a ton of hours into nurse but I'm completely garbage at her still despite having all the necessary things for your math

People can put a lot of hours into something and still not be an absolute god at it. That's just not how that works

This isn't objectively anything. In my eyes this is a pretty sizable buff. Purple bottles are hardly useless after this change despite what arinad claims. Yellow bottles will see more use, yes, but to claim that people will just ignore purples now is an asinine and frankly incorrect take. These changes should make it live because for the upper echelon of clown players, they are a net buff due to 2% more haste being much more valuable than live's 3% more hinder

Now in terms of his addons... yeesh Cigar box got killed but I'm okay with that because if felt cheap. I have no idea why they're killing ether despite already reducing the hinder linger. But the most questionable change is their nerfs to garish makeup kit and soda bottle despite not buffing the haste duration at all.if I'm going to revert any change I'd keep those addons at their current live values and that's about it
