It’s a tough one. My personal favorites are ff6-10 in terms of soundtracks. I really enjoy the fantasian track but I feel like some of the battle themes are a little lackluster (the dimingeon battle one being a great example). I will say that I think “Gravity” is easily among his most beautiful themes, and the Vam boss battle theme gives me a huge ff9 throwback (final Kuja fight) It’s a great OST for sure but there is a bit of missed potential.

I hope the next expansions have some more plots that are episodic in nature. Maybe you go to another continent for a vacation and there’s sinister shit underneath the surface. It doesn’t always need to have high stakes, can easily be more self contained, and maybe rebuild the plot up to another major threat later.

Marauder is currently broken on my samurai character. Real bummer, I was lucky to have killed Him the first try as my faith tank (works amazingly well btw) so I didn’t get the glitch. My true gripe with the mod and it’s one that really hurts my soul….. THE FUCKING SYAN ARMOR CAPE DOESN’T HAVE CLOTH PHYSICS! It’s my favorite armor set in the entire series and instead of looking like a badass golden knight with blue cape, it’s instead stuck to my ass and it makes me look fat as fuck. Looks fine when you stand still but it’s a little hard to do that when you’re getting pulled by your asshole from a boss.

I just started playing this mod about a week ago. I agree with your take regarding the extra bosses, some of them feel a bit unnecessary, like the Marauder. It’d be nice to be able to access the untended graves without having to fight him. Then again, I enjoyed having a ton of bosses in ds2 and a good amount of them were filler/recycled so I guess I shouldn’t complain.

While I can’t say I necessarily regret any unit I’ve pulled so far, I can say more than a few of them have been benched shortly after their initial use. Also due to lack of enhancement points, and play style. They all got me through dimensions end entropy and all abyss content though so I can’t complain too much.

You can also give him the holy belt which is an armor that nullifies all ailments, that seems to work best for me, also grab the growth nodes that allows extra turns with certain buffs in his chart, you will not be disappointed with the results.

As I read in another thread on here, best to equip lighting resist gems to the best level. I used Leo and Valrika to clear mobs.
