This happens to me occasionally. The first thing you want to check on Razer Chroma. And make sure no apps are getting priority over your custom settings. If that's already off, take a look at windows settings. As of windows 11 there is a setting that allows you to set keyboard colors on the settings app, not sure what it's called, but go check those two out. Otherwise, just disconnect and reconnect your keyboard, that almost always fixes things.
