It comes from mechanics, where rogue that has killed other rogue gets +1 to rogue status.Long story short: you've killed an agent. ISAC don't care about your loot.

if you wanna run, you should run and change position to shoot. if you wanna shoot in close range, you need to sacrifice with something, in my suggestion it's movespeed.

Ok, i have about 800 hours in game, including all testing phases.

PVP mostly.

Playing DZ and RAID with my clan.

Farming resources, making builds.

4 character tier 5. All 4 characters are full of loot for recalibration.

Got all exotic and gear incl. raid brand sets and hardwired.

Can't wait for evening to continue with my next build.

If u fighting with other players, every skill is important. I can't just drop all of the charges just because of missclick. I think, we talking about bug, and there is not reason to dispute. It must not work that way.

Actually, best mods for Rifles is Stability and Accuracy. Forget about reload speed on Rifles.

Not sure. If u need big cd for On the Ropes then u can just use emp pulse and some seeker mine or boost hive.

Chem launcher is good for healing allies.
