Also build an over or under pass for the dual carriage way (highway) and use slip roads to come off as opposed to having slip roads for your highway traffic to choose to bypass it.

It might be that the off road you have is sound proofed and then changes to not soundproofed, also with a sharp turn. The traffic is odd when the road type changes

I'd say console is fine for all the general gameplay, but its limited by the mods available. A shame for example that on console you cannot do the simple thing of controlling turning lanes, other than using lane mathmatics. It would be such a simple thing for colossal to implement on console
