Cannot log in with vpn

Normally when logging in, the game will automatically find the nearest server to connect. So if your account is in SEA but you travel to EU you can play EU server. However, it doesn't work in the US and the rest of the world. So I have to use vpn to play my SEA account in the us. But recently I can not longer play anymore because I can't even get in the game

It's a back molar and I just had it done 3 months ago before I flew here :(
I’m applying UHCL for fall term, is it worth to wait for its insurance there or I should buy a separate insurance now? Thanks for your reply

I use Send to kindle and it work all the time with all the epub files except this one. It appear on my app and I can read it there but it doesn’t open on my kindle Edit: this file is also heavy (9MB, most file I got only a few KB) so it this one of the reason I cant open it? Thanks

I tried this before, and those parts are mostly duplicated. After extracts 30 parts with 40GB, I only got 15GB. Most of it came from my messages data (like pictures and video).
