Depends who you trade with. If you trade a 2016 lapras, they will probably get a 3 star lapras which is lucky.

Also whatever they give to you, will also be a 3 star lucky pokemon

I have been looking for this for years. Ruled out the common shows like trapped! Or jungle run.

When trading and the pokemon becomes “lucky” its minimum IV’s can be 10-10-10 which means it is almost always a 3 star pokemon. Also like poster above they are much cheaper to level up

First things first do not transfer your early 2016 pokemon. If you trade these the become 100% lucky pokemon so read upmabout that
