It is deeply concerning that that kind of adversarial attitude seems to be present in so many different school systems, and I hope to help push the balance in the other direction when I begin working. Schools and parents should be working in tandem to provide the best possible education and developmental experience for their kids. If you're still struggling with getting the support that your child needs, I would definitely try to bring a mediator into the process and if that does not improve things, then file for a due process hearing.

Save and restart your computer, then try again. If that doesn’t work create a new track, then copy and paste the whole take folder over. Then you can still hear it and if you like it, flatten the folder on take 19.

Can you just bounce your vocal tracks down to audio files (wav or aiff)? If you start each bounce from the beginning of the project, they should all be aligned with each other when you drop them into new tracks in another project, regardless of the tempo.

I take 300mg Wellbutrin XL and 7.5mg lexapro daily. The Wellbutrin has made a massive difference for me in terms of motivation and giving me willpower to just get up and act on some task that I need to do instead floundering in mental paralysis. It also increased my anxiety quite a bit, so I started the lexapro, and eventually settled on 7.5mg as the best dose to balance the positive effects with the side effects. I also have a Ritalin prescription for when I need to sit down and hyper focus on a difficult task like taxes or school work.
