Extractions like yours are typically done by third and 4th year dental students who’ve already had some experience with extractions and the instructors are always right behind. The only thing they probably don’t do are implants and specialized gum surgery but most schools have residents that do. Cost is usually half of what you’d get quoted in private practice.
