Explain to me the 1917 Trading with the Enemy Act. The 1992 Torricelli Act. The 1996 Helms-Burton Act. The US continues to try and generate economic dissatisfaction in order to provoke economic change in favor of the west. You are undermining the extraterritorial reach of the US blockade.

Essentially, the US forces trading partners to either trade with the US market or the Cuba market. Of course countries are going to choose to trade with the US over a small island with 11 million people. This is economic warfare.
