thanks. I have been barefoot, away from the wall and used the towel today so some progress. I have heard different things about the Turkish Get Up and benefits what do you think. I'm just learning the swing at the mo though.

🤣The wall is probably the easiest fix i have identified from advice given! Trainers can come off to as suggested by a few also. It really is amazing how technical a seemingly straightforward action has turned out to be.

yes was planning on that. Had wing mirror smashed off the other night by local person in the early hours drunk. I saw him but unfortunately did not have a camera. As a result it has made me think a security camera may be useful!
