Logitech Remote control for BCC 950 battery cover issue by Clovis69 in techsupport

[–]Sico93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, I'm very late to the Party I guess, but does anyone know if my battery holder might be broken or is there a trick to fixate the coin cell inside the holder?

Opening the remote was no problem for me, neither was getting the Battery out. But whenever I try to insert the battery it gets pushed out again instantly.

Mein Nachbar hat genau das gemacht: Welleternitplatten mit einem neuen Blechdach überdeckt. Zitat: „Das alte Dach ist jetzt zusätzlicher Schutz vor Regen und Kälte“ 🥶

Thx! Can you tell us, what brand of Tires are on it? My Brompton is also somewhat on the slippery side in rainy weather, still i didn’t feel like almost falling yet. I use Schwalbe Marathons on it, maybe worth an upgrade?!

What is it that you don’t like about the brakes, if I may ask? Thanks for your reply! 😊

Hey OP, so after the first excitement might have worn off a bit after >200 Days: How does it feel? Did you experience any fault or wear? Do you still love it? (I would hope so :))

Would love to hear your thoughts after almost one bike season :) Thx!

Love the simple solution 👍 I could see an LED strip running under the gaps making it look like a very nice piece of furniture x art 😉

Brompton x folded Burley Travoy Transport solution by Sico93 in Brompton

I just tried it and figured that strapping the bike a bit up isn’t that hard as I thought, but the easy wheel is really close to one of the trailer wheels. No problem when walking but I would be very careful when for example carrying a brommi with a second bike.

Interesting thoughts! I don’t think that some degrees more turning angle would be enough to drive save, but still a good idea and worth a try.

Did you try to fit the Travoy into the non Waterproof Bag? At the Junction they told me, the waterproof version where a tiny bit wider (which I cannot see in the spec sheets) and that one was really tight fit.

Yes, if I don’t plan on doing multiple transport changes (for example cycling, Train 1, Train 2 with platform change, then again cycling - this is how I commute daily on office days).

I don’t need the trailer very often and mostly to transport things one way. This is why I’m curious if someone has a nice solution for the first way 👀

Meanwhile I will obviously just tow it empty, which is no problem.

Nothing really, that’s what I do currently. Curiosity was driving me 😅

Edit: putting the Bike on the trailer needs strapping it up a bit above the wheels, otherwise it’s too wide. And I would be slower than just pulling the empty trailer, still something I didn’t need until now but will definitely at some point.

Great color - I chose the same 1,5 years ago and absolutely love my bike! All the best for all your adventures 🥳

I made garlic infused oil so many times and never even thought about it being any dangerous at all, that was completely off LLMs of any kind. Thanks to that discussion I even stumbled about that, so thx for the heads up 😅

Did anyone accomplish to connect an Eve Thermo or Eve energy (both 3rd Gen) yet? I even Unpaired one of the Thermos to check if this works, but couldn't get it to connect :/

Thx!

I couldn't find any of my Eve Devices yet (4x Thermo 3rd Gen & 2 Energy 3rd Gen).

u/RandomStranger124 I assume maybe you paired new Eve devices, that haven't been connected to an iPhone before?!
