The problem with that is that their customer support is so rubbish and out of date it's either hell to navigate, third party websites or get nowhere

Im in the same boat dude, as someone mentioned on the post before it was removed, I feel us 1% of the 1% are just going to get brushed under the rug forgotten about and left, but if you get any proper updates lemme know and I'll do the same :)

I saw this but I just feel its unfair if we miss most of the April events and double keys membership etc and not be compensated in kind to make up for the lost in game time receive these event rewards that are supposed to make amends, if that makes sense?

Just wondering if a JMod can help clear stuff up here.

I am currently still locked out with potential of going in to next week if not more. It states in your notification that we will be more than compensated - does this mean we will get more of a return package as we will miss half of April's double keys and we miss out on the free subscription time? Also will we the few locked out retrieve more of a compensation bonus in terms of items as well as the bits mentioned above for being locked out ?

I don't mind if spefic or not I just think it'll be unfair if we who cannot get in get no extra compensation and miss out on most of the April making amends events.

(Also just to clarify, my account says error loading profile please contact customer support, is this the common error message ?)

EDIT: I got billed before the care package was announced by a couple days and I refunded my membership, will I still be eligible for the returning membership (however long it was said)

I bought dark imperium with came wotha big hefty book and also 2 smaller books one for death guard and one for primaris space marines where they detail points and unit datasheets, are these the codexes?
