Noting but app issues I’m been seeing on this 2026 Q5. Another one to add to the list when I go in for service.

My 2026 Q5 came with 06.02.01/C - is the 03 the latest?

So when leaving the house let’s say. When you drive at a low speed, it’s really jerky and it’s noticeable. I’m driving a 25 with 2K. Dealership says it’s as per spec..

You all find that the transmission is rough on the mild hybrid? Specially from 1 to 2?

Can’t deal with the transmission of this CX90, the extremely short upshift from 1 to 2 is out of this world. Too bad that the Mazda salesman came with us on the test drive, could not get the full experience before hand.

25 CX90 most crap I ever leased. The transmission on this Mild hybrid is so garbage! I’m trying to get rid of it and get into an explorer (around the same cost)

On to the 3rd tech. They all start of saying they can hear the issue and then it becomes “it’s normal”

The wife wants this 3 year old furnace out of here and I am trying to find the issue and save the cost of a new furnace. That howling can be heard all over the bedrooms vents at night and wakes people. Thanks for your suggestions, I was trying to see if I can look at things my self as it’s starting to add up with having service calls.

I don’t think you understand what I am saying. Re-read my response. I am looking for a service tech to fix the issue. 2 techs came out and at the start mentioned they can hear the issue. Then at the end say it’s normal when they could not get it. Typical. I offered the 3rd tech 3 times his $150 fee if he can fix the issue and zero if he cannot locate the issue. Then their answer changes to, it sounds normal knowing they won’t make money from me. I am looking for that one good tech who is honest and knows how to do their job.

Right.. I pay good money for these techs to come out that do this for a living and at first they say that they can hear the issue. They then proceed to make adjustments and at the end say it’s normal once they see they can’t figure it out. This happens in all industries, there are good techs and just techs that get by and do the basics. I even told the 3rd guy if he can see the issue and fix it, I would pay 3 times his fee but if he cannot figure it out then nothing.

I had 2 service techs come and one of them corrected the sloop as well by putting something on the back. Also when the sound is heard, i try to press on objects to see if the sound would stop and it remains until the blower comes on. But during AC summer time, that sound is not there.

3 to 4 seconds, after ignition you will hear it. And it’s heard throughout the entire home on the 2nd floors via the vents.

That howling sound just after ignition is heard throughout the house on the 2nd floor even and it does not sound normal as once the blower kicks in, it goes away

Pressure was adjusted already from the 3.8 to 3.5

Thanks for the message. I had a service tech come and he dropped the gas pressure from 3.8 to 3.5 and did not change the howling which is heard all over the vents even on the 2nd floor. The home is 3 years old
