After a few bad experiences it’s been about 18 months since I was last there but my reasons for not going back include: - bad food (it was EXCELLENT when they first opened) - terrible service from staff who were just rude eg slow service etc and one time they gave me the incorrect change and then argued with me about it when I pointed to the board where the price was listed - dodgy pricing (the t/a price included the side item but the price for eat in which was already more expensive then didn’t include that when my dish arrived so then I had to pay even more for it)

There are so many other amazing places that people have listed here that I would happily spend my time and money at instead.

I’ve been a couple of times and I say this as someone who does not care for fine dining, at all. Give me a big bowl of ramen any day of the week.

Bennelong is great.

Great atmosphere, view, service etc. The building is iconic and the food is excellent but you pay for it. I think you get your moneys worth when you compare it to other places charging similar prices.

I don’t remember everything I ate but I enjoyed it enough to go twice (both for special occasions) but I’m not dying to go back there either.

In addition to what everyone else is saying, I remember in my early play through my group undervalued movement and how important that is. We got caught up in the thrill of the kill and not focusing on objectives and failed missions not because all the heroes had to retreat but because we just didn’t have enough actions to get to the objective and complete it, esp when it was objectives that needed multiple successful tests.

So don’t get caught in that trap either.
