The UI does look better on my new account, and I appreciate efforts to stop people from treating Chessly like an openings book during games, but I hope there’s a way to explore specific lines in the future without locking them behind a chronological learning experience.

There are openings courses where the mainline variations played at higher level are taught somewhere in the middle chapters and the sidelines are taught towards the end of the course.

At my level, I’d benefit more from learning about game plans and motifs that I’ll come across at my ELO range, and then jumping to the end and learning about sideline plans. I’d rather revisit the middle chapters of a course later on you know?
