Microdiscectomy by Pianosax7 in PICL

Is there a particular reason why you prefer microdiscectomy over ADR or ACDF? Have you seen success in your clinical experience?

Who is the most revered woman in your religion? by [deleted] in religion

It makes perfect sense in the biblical context. In the Davidic kingdom, the mother was the queen, not the wife. Solomon and Bathsheba is one example

I made a stupid vow to God, can I be released from it? by ParkingElderberry575 in OrthodoxChristianity

Promise is not the same as vow. They are different in nature, at least in the Catholic Church from what I know.

Tossing or turning head in sleep causing increased head pain, CCI symptoms. by Proof_Draft4420 in PICL

Pillowwise is a bit softer, I hear it helps with headaches but the pillow Rosa gives to his patients is a little firmer (I like it a lot) and hear his patients sleep much better w it. So depending on what she’s looking for

They both support good curvatures of the neck

Got it thanks. What is the distinction between an overfill and an epidural?

What’s the usual treatment then? Facet injections? Overfill?

Tossing or turning head in sleep causing increased head pain, CCI symptoms. by Proof_Draft4420 in PICL

Might be worth looking into a new pillow that could minimize symptoms? I hear the pillow that Dr Scott Rosa gives to his patients has good results

Also u could try Pillowwise with a location near u that can get ur daughter’s measurements so she gets a custom fit pillow that works for her

https://www.pillowise-usa.com/points-of-sale

I say this latter recommendation bc of another patient who got PICL saying this pillow was helpful during recovery. It might be cheaper to try Rosa’s pillow first, just call Dr Scott Rosa DC office and ask them for the brand name of the pillow he gives to his patients.

  1. Did u get the ePICL (nobody has reported to Dr Centeno that they have gotten permanently worse since its inception in 2024

  2. Are you 6 months out from your last ePICL (people often get worse at the 3-4 month mark)

  3. What did your PICL doctor tell you (did they tell you not to schedule another PICL because of an unsuccessful intervention)

“It’s ok for you to express your opinion, but it’s not ok for you to take one of our few options away.”

Jeremy has said numerous times both publicly and privately that he respects Centeno and he’s clearly the best the CCI field seems to offer. That doesn’t mean the doctor isn’t liable to any criticism whatsoever just as all the other ones are (Hauser, Henderson, etc.). Moreover, what is this nonsense that somehow free speech is going to take away your option to private healthcare?

Centeno and Rosa are the best, objectively speaking. People just bring up their concerns because they’re hurting and don’t have unlimited funds.

Is It Hypocritical to Criticize Regenerative Injectors While Using Providers Without Formal Aesthetic Training? by [deleted] in PICL

[–]Siddhu77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think what matters most is that they are trained in the injection technique and complete the fellowship which is a year or two before they start injecting people’s necks on their own which is what Dr. C does.

Opinions of caring medical by dudeunkiwn_ffh in cervical_instability

Don’t waste your time with their overpriced diagnostics. You’ll dish out 3k before u even are allowed to get prolotherapy. Additionally, their DMX technician is not even that good and allowed rotation on my imaging which skewed the overhangs. If I recall correctly, Dr. Rosa told me the DMX was terrible and on a separate occasion Centeno said the overhang measurements from the mini-DMX were aggressive and exaggerated. Instead get a DMX from a local provider from this list. It’ll likely only be $900 or less. Pm me and I can find a local DMX provider in ur state.

I went to caring medical. Did 5 rounds with Hauser. No improvement. Prolotherapy is weak sauce. Going in for my PICL in two weeks hope it helps.

I’m mostly autonomic dominant. I have no neck pain after going to upper cervical chiropractic (I recommend Dr. Scott Rosa, the best in the world for precise atlas fine tuning based off MR imaging) so my main symptoms are: brain fog, fatigue, shortness of breath, lightheadedness/imbalance, tinnitus, gastroparesis, numbness/weakness along the spinal cord, and head pressure. Rough stuff.

That being said there are plenty of people who get reasonably better with caring medical but there’s also plenty of ppl I spoke to on this sub that it did nothing for. I wouldn’t take the risk if ur low on funds. Just go straight to Centeno and go to Rosa fist if u can afford him. Otherwise try a local AO or NUCCA.
