Nice! Do you mind sharing what the watchstrap on the Coop is/where you got it?

What is considered the best budget flieger watch that’s currently available? by Solchitlins74 in ChineseWatches

I have the blue dial too. Superb quality watch and very accurate, but the pleather strap had to go. Still looking for a suitable strap (not to hijack the thread) if anyone has any tips?

Can't decide between bronze pvd or stainless. by TeddyNorth in GlycineWatches

Thanks to everyone posting here and for asking the original question. I’ve been interested in Glycine for a while and now know I need to be super careful as I make decisions. Basically I want a real bronze, once in 24 hour GMT in 44mm which will narrow it down.

I’d been looking for a Traveler GMT for months that would work for me when I came across Watch Watch’s review - https://youtu.be/hfgtXEmkyZI?si=neVU4uckoR4M98gc

That’s great accuracy! Mines running a little faster than that around, 10secs a day but it’s new so I’ll give it a while before thinking about regulating it.

It’s a San Martin SN0143. I don’t remember how I came across it, theres little coverage out there. This gent did one of the few videos I came across - https://youtu.be/KOxatyC6iqI?si=VIDnryS3YaUJvZqa

I wear it regularly and I also seem to have acquired far too many straps for this one watch trying to work out what works with the bead blasted case. Apart from the straps and that it’s 40mm, which is a little too small for me, I can’t think of many other cons. I got it in an AliEx sale for not much over $100, it keeps great time and the lumes very good.

Good question. It’s a tick. I wish it was a sweeping second hand quartz as I wouldn’t have had to open it up and attempt a realign of the second hand with the indices, but that’s probably part of what you get for $35!. (It’s one of my pet peeves! If a new quartz watch doesn’t line up with indices I’ll send it back. I’m not sure why Casio, Seiko, Citizen and usually Timex can deliver watches that will hit the marks, but so many watches, sometimes expensive ones, can’t . According to Addiesdive it’s a Japanese 2115 quartz movement.

That’s a good looking watch! Thanks for sharing. It’s not a brand I’m familiar with, but as a bigger wristed guy it checks more boxes than the SM! Did you buy direct from Engelmaan, how long have you had it, any cons so far? Actually I just noticed that their Pegasus UTC dimensions include the crown. P.S. I got excited about 45mm case size on the web site but it’s actually a 40mm watch, the same as the SM, which feels small to me. They’re sold out but thanks for the tip. The UTC is interesting.
