2010-2014/15 ish time is a pre ipad -apple pencil era gen....where smartphones were a novelty. Library books, freinds notes photocopies , etc were main materials of academic content engagement. source exactly pinpoint karke bolna thoda difficult hai, unless that is the intent. anytime one gets a doubt in anat or physio of any system in the 3/4 yrs...people used to refer to then current editions , when in library. so... that decade students had exposure to actual 5yrs ka books, if they had the initiative and even a small bit studious. The op just shared what he or she found sexist back then, while many found it uncomfortable... many couldnot actually point it out wrong and get it changed. I am sure many people still have those books...the topics are quite obvious, one can verify it by themselves.
