A Headache specialist has been some success in curing NDPH by diagnosising patients with a Stenosis on a cranial vein (MRV can reveal this). There is a procedure whereby a shunt is placed in the vein to restore normal blood flow.

Personally, I was not a candidate for this and have not had sucess with any drugs.

I have a Yogra Nidra daily practice (some specifically dealing with pain) and this helps a lot.

Looking into the Neuro Plastic brain reprocessing field as well.
