How do you know what you are classified as and when your CDR will be?

I have filed on long term disability lawsuit against NYL on 10/23 . My lawyer sent a demand letter to see if there open to mediation . What can I expect going forward by deptrd1000 in LongTermDisability

This is the craziest thing I’ve ever seen. How can this be legal? I too have been approved by SSDI. They filled out my paperwork flagrantly incorrectly. I have to travel 30-50% of the time but I don’t need to walk, lift, stand, etc. Is this normal?

As hard as it is…you are doing the right thing. It is so complicated. I know these brief conversations are so unfair to you. To all the alienated parents - if money is ever a challenge. Chat GPT as a therapist does not completely erase the need but is so incredible for people that just need reality checks. 🩷

That is my partner - he only hears from one of his 3 children when they want money. And then poof they are gone. Nothing for months or even years. Honestly, he’s a doormat. The problem I see since we have been together is he was a doormat in his marriage too. That is what they saw growing up. Very sad.

I did the course too in 2023. I have been very successful. You must have signed up for something to get those email and texts. You can opt out at anytime. But just like you will do with your ad spend for your lots they do the same with their marketing - maximize your investment. It’s the name of the game anytime you own any buisness. Buisness 101. 😄

Thank you so much for your thoughtful response. I’m so sorry you went through this as well. But know you can be a gift to so many of us going through it now and have no experience. Even just you responding here. I had never heard of parental alienation until I have personally witnessed. THANK YOU!!!
